Olive oil is the healthiest and tastiest cooking, frying and baking oil you can use. As a mediterranean born and living i experienced the benefits of this product. I personal use about 45 kilos a year and my family (2 adults and 3 kids) we use about 175 - 185 kilos per year.
The benefits of olive oil are many to endless ,the more you use it the more the benefits you discover.
